Who we are

We were founded by two experienced pilots with backgrounds in investment banking and corporate finance, and a track record of commercial-level flight instruction, from single-engine piston to jet operations. Our pilots all hold full EASA and UK CAA ATPLs, alongside FAA ATP licenses. We offer a responsive, pragmatic solution for aircraft movements regardless of circumstances.

Why you should work with us

These qualifications, paired with our strong relationships with aviation regulators, enable us to offer a true turn-key solution. We secure necessary permits, act as the designated ‘Aircraft Operator,’ and liaise directly with authorities, providing you with total confidence that your aircraft is in expert hands.

Ferry flights are conducted under the applicable Air Operations, Aircrew, and Airworthiness regulations, including:

The exact regulatory basis is determined during pre-flight assessment.

  • Special mission and utility platforms

Each aircraft is assessed individually to confirm regulatory, technical, and operational suitability.

All flights are operated by licensed, qualified, and type-rated pilots in accordance with Part-FCL or the UK equivalent requirements. Where necessary, multi-crew operations are provided, and crew experience is aligned with aircraft type, route complexity, and regulatory obligations.

  • State and authority coordination
  • Customs and immigration requirements

All international operations are planned in compliance with ICAO standards and state-specific requirements.

Aviantic maintains appropriate aviation insurance for ferry flight operations. We also liaise with aircraft owners, lessors, and insurers to ensure coverage aligns with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements for each specific flight.

In many cases, yes. Subject to technical evaluation and regulatory approval, Aviantic can reposition aircraft that are temporarily unserviceable under an approved Permit to Fly or equivalent authorisation. Each case is assessed to confirm compliance and operational feasibility.

Every ferry flight is subject to a formal risk assessment covering aircraft status, crew qualifications, routing, weather, airspace constraints, fuel planning, alternates, and regulatory limitations. Flights are conducted in accordance with documented procedures and industry best practice.
