Why do we need this information?

All ferry flights are planned and conducted in accordance with the applicable EASA, UK CAA, and FAA regulatory frameworks, depending on the aircraft registration and operating environment. To assess feasibility, confirm compliance, and generate an accurate price quotation, we require key information including aircraft type and registration, current location and intended destination, airworthiness status (Certificate of Airworthiness or Permit to Fly), preferred timescales, and any known technical or operational constraints. This allows us to determine the correct regulatory basis, crew requirements, permits, routing, and overall scope of the operation.
